If they only show up ocassionally, it's probably
because you aren't getting enough Rest. The're also caused from Allergies &
Staring at the Computer too long without a Break. Solutions? Start sleeping 8
hours a Night. If you just can't, start taking Cat Naps in the afternoon &
put a used Cold Teabag or a Slice of Cool Cucumber ov...er each eye - Relax for 10-12 minutes - it
reduces inflammation. Look up from that Computer every 15-20 Minutes &
stare at a Distant object for 30 seconds - it helps Eyes rest. Talk to your Doc
about possible Allergies, & start eliminating the Culprits! Last, but not
least, use a great Under Eye Dark Circle Serum - You'll be looking back at me
with Lighter, Brighter Eyes!
